I don’t know if I should talk about this here, but it’s resurfacing and I feel really alone and don’t know how to feel about my life. It’s so weird how this comes in waves. For a while during and after it happened I was numb to everything. I have only had a few episodes of complete breakdown. I have no one to talk to about this. I don’t want to talk about it....
